It's a boy for Rascal Flatts bassist Jay DeMarcus and his wife Allison!

The couple's second child and first son -- Dylan Jay DeMarcus -- arrived Friday afternoon in Nashville. He weighed 7 pounds, 11 ounces and was 20 1/2 inches long.

DeMarcus also has a one-year-old daughter, Madeline Leigh, with Allison, who works as a correspondent for country music channel CMT.

DeMarcus is scheduled to hit the road again this Friday in St. Louis for the country trio's continuing "Changed" tour.
