Sage Stallone's Death Certificate

On Friday July 13, Sylvester Stallone’s 36-year-old son, Sage Stallone, was found dead at his Los Angeles home. The Los Angeles Department of Public Health has just released Sage’s death certificate, currently listing the cause of death as “deferred.” The coroner is still waiting for toxicology results before ruling on the final cause of death.

In an unrelated development, a source close to the situation told ET that the pills, paramedic badges, and other medical equipment found at Sage's home were props for his future film about paramedics.

George Braunstein, Sage's friend and lawyer for 15 years, told ET that Sage had been planning a Las Vegas wedding before his death.

On July 21, an intimate group of friends and family bid farewell to the Rocky actor’s son at St. Martin of Tours Catholic Church in Brentwood.
