Twilight star Nikki Reed and her American Idol contestant hubby Paul McDonald pose at the Zappos.com Rock 'n' Roll Las Vegas Marathon & ½ benefiting the Crohn's & Colitis Foundation of America on December 2 in Las Vegas. The pair ran the half marathon portion of the event.
