UPDATE: Scout Willis Underage Drinking Case
July 31, 2012
The drinking-in-public case against Scout Willis -- the 21-year-old daughter of Bruce Willis and Demi Moore -- will be dismissed as long as she performs two days of community service.
A deal was struck Tuesday in New York between prosecutors and lawyers for Willis, who was not required to personally appear in court. No additional court dates are necessary if the community service is performed and Willis stays out of trouble for the next six months.
Willis was taken into custody on the evening of June 4 in Manhattan after she was observed by police drinking from an open container of beer inside a subway station. The Brown University student was booked on two misdemeanors charges and released the same day.
Police reported that Scout allegedly presented an ID with a fake name to police when first stopped, but after further questioning confessed that her real name was Scout Willis
