An arrest warrant was issued Tuesday in New Orleans for Cuba Gooding Jr. after a female bartender accused the actor of shoving her.

The New Orleans Police Department confirmed to ET that the incident occurred early this morning at The Old Absinthe House on Bourbon Street. A battery warrant was issued and Cuba could be arrested at any time.

A rep for the Jerry Maguire star confirmed to ET that he was present at The Old Absinthe House, but had no further comment.    

Cuba was spotted last week on location in New Orleans shooting the film The Butler along with Oprah Winfrey and Lenny Kravitz.
