As Christina Aguilera gets ready to release new music and gears up for the new fall season of the NBC music competition The Voice, we got an exclusive behind-the-scenes look at a new Public Service Announcement she's in to combat world hunger.
Christina explains that she's excited about her involvement with the PSA for the Yum! Brands World Hunger Relief effort and we even get to see her on location in poverty-stricken Haiti -- where she made her mark feeding those in need.
The pop icon has served as global spokesperson for Yum! Brands' World Hunger Relief effort since 2009 and her star power has helped raise awareness as well as millions of dollars for the organization and other hunger relief agencies. The new PSA -- to be launched this fall -- is part of a campaign that includes advertising, online efforts and posters sponsored Yum! Brands companies KFC, Pizza Hut and Taco Bell.
Watch the video to also get an update on what to expect from the new season of The Voice -- premiering September 10 and airing Mondays and Tuesday at 8 p.m. on NBC -- and also to hear how she feels about the new music she's been working on.
