Eva Longoria was able to avoid trial recently in a case concerning a car crash she was allegedly involved in two years ago.

According to court documents obtained by ET, the case was supposed to go to trail on August 15, but the sides reached an undisclosed agreement that was announced in L.A. Superior Courts on August 3.

The plaintiff, Roman Gasparyan, reportedly alleged that the former Desperate Housewives star crashed into him on Hollywood Blvd. Longoria denied being at fault in the accident.
