Queen Elizabeth's husband Prince Philip is responding well to treatment for a recurring bladder infection after being hospitalized Wednesday as "a precautionary measure."

Buckingham Palace said Thursday that the 91-year-old Duke of Edinburgh is getting better but is "likely remain in the hospital for a few more days."

Prince Philip was hospitalized for several days last June with a bladder infection after becoming ill during events to celebrate Queen Elizabeth's Diamond Jubilee.
