Wynonna Judd's husband Michael Scott 'Cactus' Moser had his left leg amputated after being involved in a motorcycle accident on Saturday, ET has learned.

According to a statement released by the singer, she and her husband were riding on separate bikes before her concert in Deadwood, South Dakota when Moser collided with an oncoming vehicle.

Moser has also undergone surgery to his hand but his injuries are said to be "non-life threatening." Wynonna promises that she "will not leave his side."

"The outpouring of prayer and support from friends, family and fans has been a blessing to both Cactus and I," said Wynonna, who wed Moser this past June in Tennessee. "Cactus is a champion."

Following the incident, Wynonna has postponed Canadian concerts that were scheduled for next week.
