
Oprah Tops List of Highest Paid Celebs

Oprah Winfrey remains on a roll even after ending her long-running talk show last year and has been named the highest-paid celebrity by Forbes.
The talk show host/entrepreneur -- who has recently aired some major celebrity interviews on her OWN network -- topped the magazine's annual 20 highest-paid celebrities list by earning an estimated $165 million dollars between May 2011 and May 2012.

Oprah beat out A-list directors Michael Bay -- who came in second on the list with $160 million -- and Steven Spielberg, who pulled in an estimated $130 million to finish third. Tom Cruise placed 13th on the list with estimated earnings of $75 million.

America's Got Talent judge Howard Stern came in at seventh place with $95 million, while The X Factor creator Simon Cowell finished number nine on the list with $90 million.

The only other woman to make the list was Britney Spears, who tied for the 20th spot with golfer Tiger Woods at $58 million.
