The burglary suspect that LL Cool J apprehended in his home last week pleaded not guilty to a felony burglary charge on Tuesday, according to The Associated Press.
The man in question, Jonathan E. Kirby, was charged after LL Cool J (real name James Todd Smith) broke the 56-year-old's jaw, nose and ribs while subduing him in the rapper/actor's Los Angeles area home.
Kirby's bail was reportedly set at $1.1 million. Due to his reported criminal history, Kirby could face 38 years to life in prison if convicted.
