Bill & Giuliana Rancic's Baby on the Way

Bill and Giuliana Rancic are proud to announce that they will soon welcome their first child together.

"It's game time," Bill tweeted on Wednesday. The couple exclusively confirmed to E! News that their gestational carrier has gone into labor in Colorado.

Guliana also took to Twitter on Wednesday, assuring her followers that when her baby officially arrives, "[They] will be [first] to know."

The couple announced that they were expecting a baby in April. The baby's gender (they're having a boy) was announced in June.
