After years of struggling with IVF, Bill and Giuliana Rancic welcomed son Edward Duke Rancic into the world last night, at 10:12 p.m., via gestational carrier at a Denver hospital.

"Bill and I are blessed beyond words to welcome Edward into our lives," Giuliana told E! News. "Thank you so much to everyone who supported us along the way. We are so in love with the little guy already!"

Both mom and dad stayed in the delivery room throughout the entire birth, with Bill cutting the cord, and Giuliana the first to hold their son. The new parents say Edward (who weighed 7 pounds, 4 ounces) has a big appetite and is doing incredibly well.
