Actor Michael Madsen was arrested for a misdemeanor DUI charges on Wednesday, ET has learned.

According to an L.A. County Sheriff's spokesperson, police pulled the Kill Bill star over after he was spotted weaving in and out of lanes on the Pacific Coast Highway.

The L.A. County Sheriff's Office says that Madsen failed a preliminary field sobriety test with his blood alcohol level being recorded at .20 or above -- more than twice the legal limit. According to the L.A. County Sheriff's office, Madsen was tested again at the station and later booked with bail set at $15,000.
