Our ET cameras were there as Univision TV host Chiquinquira Delgado surprised Dancing with the Stars: All-Stars contestant Helio Castroneves during his latest rehearsal with Chelsie Hightower! 

Chiquinquira -- aka Chiqui -- doesn't waste any time diving in to get an update on how the Brazilian race car driver is fairing in rehearsals of the foxtrot for the dance competition's first week. "Do you consider Helio a good student?" she asks Chelsie, who quickly responds, "Definitely." She adds: "I wish I had something bad to say about him, but I really don't."

Helio revealed that even though he hasn't spent much time on the dance floor since winning Dancing with the Stars in 2007, some of that "dance move data" is still in his mind. "Some of the steps she's teaching me now -- the basic steps -- they come up now sometimes in my mind, and I'm doing the dance."
