Kelsey Grammer 'Ran Out' Of Piers Morgan's Show

Piers Morgan hit a nerve with Kelsey Grammer. The CNN host was supposed to interview the Boss star, 57, on his Wednesday show when he claims that the actor "ran out" of the building.

Morgan, 47, explained the incident in a series of tweets, the first reading: "Kelsey Grammer was supposed to be on my show now but ran out of the building. Strange."

The host adds, "So, Kelsey Grammer saw a photo of his ex wife Camille in the open to our show and legged it. Extraordinary. Never had this happen before." Grammer had a messy divorce with Real Housewives of Beverly Hills star Camille, 44.

The tweets continue, with even X Factor judge Simon Cowell chiming in. They read:

"I had a very friendly chat with Kelsey backstage, He said he was really looking forward to the interview. Weird."

"I suspect Kelsey was watching X Factor in the green room and suddenly felt nauseous RT @SimonCowell: @piersmorgan I know how he feels."

"Yes please RT @SimonCowell: @piersmorgan if he was watching x factor he wouldn't have done a runner. Do you want me to call him for you?"

"I like Kelsey Grammer personally, but this was a shockingly unprofessional thing to do. I wasn't even going to mention his ex-wife!"

Meanwhile, the Frasier star's rep issued a statement to ETonline: "Piers needs to take responsibility for what he did to Kelsey. It's called accountability."

Grammer has been quite open to discuss his ex in the past. The actor is now married to 29-year-old Katye Walsh, who is the mother of his newborn daughter Faith.
