Ann Romney's Plane Makes Emergency Landing

Ann Romney had a close call today when her plane had to make an emergency landing in Colorado after the cabin filled with smoke.

Romney campaign spokeswoman Andrea Saul tweeted, "All OK. Thank goodness," writing that firemen had rushed the plane after landing and the cause was an apparent electrical fire. She also tweeted, "@MittRomney & @AnnDRomney talked immediately after emergency landing."

The wife of the republican presidential nominee was headed to Los Angeles after being in Omaha earlier that day.
