The City Attorney's Office of Burbank, California has officially charged actress Amanda Bynes with two counts of knowingly driving under a suspended license, ET has learned.

The starlet, who had her car impounded on September 16 after being stopped for a second time driving under a suspended license, now faces suspended license charges in addition to previous DUI and hit-and-run charges, which could result in up to six months in jail for each offense if convicted.

In addition to a string of bizarre incidents in recent months, Bynes was caught on camera earlier this week in an apparent struggle with a paparazzo in Los Angeles. The photographer, Vladimir Labissiere, tells ET the former teen star grabbed his arm, resulting in minor injuries.
