According to Chris Brown's probation progress report, the singer tested positive for marijuana this summer.

The report states that Brown has a medical marijuana prescription from the State of California, but that he failed the test in Virginia, where marijuana is illegal. The report goes on to state that Brown told his probation officer that he smoked marijuana in California and it apparently hadn't left his system before his test in Virginia.

In addition to the failed drug test, the report also claims that Brown "failed to comply with the rules and regulations regarding traveling outside of the State of Virginia." It also alleges that he has 121 hours of community service left to complete as of August 15.

Judge Patricia Schnegg has reportedly ordered a further review of Brown's community service and travel to determine whether the R&B star has violated the terms of his probation.
