More details are emerging into the mysterious death of Sons of Anarchy star Johnny Lewis, including that he reportedly dated Katy Perry.

The 28-year-old actor was found dead on the driveway of a Los Feliz, Calif. home, and an elderly woman was also found deceased within the house. Police say they believe Lewis' death was caused by a massive fall.

Rewind to 2005, Lewis, who was then filming The O.C., reportedly had a brief romance with Perry. The relationship, however, was over by the year's end.

"The best we're piecing together now is that it appears that some type of altercation occurred inside of the house resulting in the death of the woman," LAPD Commander Andrew Smith told ABC News affiliate KABC. "Then this individual ran outside, had an altercation with a couple of neighbors, ran back into the house and by the time we got here, he had fallen or had somehow died on the driveway."

KABC reports that the late Lewis, 28, is now being considered a suspect in the homicide of the woman as both a handyman and neighbor were both badly beaten in the incident. It is thought that the actor was renting a room at the residence.
