On the heels of her ex-husband Hulk Hogan's sex tape reveal, news breaks that Linda Hogan was arrested on suspicion of DUI early Thursday morning in Malibu, Calif.

At around 1:35 a.m., Hogan, 53, was pulled over and taken to a police station where she was booked for driving under the influence. The former reality star was released a few hours later on $5,000 bail. Reports are also claiming Hogan was booked for driving with a suspended license.

A rep for Hogan released the following statement to ETonline: "Linda sincerely regrets being charged for driving under the influence of alcohol just after midnight with a 0.084 alcohol level (legal limit 0.08) while driving home from a jewelry function in Los Angeles where she drank champagne while still treating with medications prescribed following her days prior e-coli infection hospital stay. Though the circumstances are regrettable and were avoidable, Linda does thank the law enforcement officers involved for their professionalism. For clarification, Linda was not driving on a suspended driver's license; Linda's license is valid."

Meanwhile, her ex is in the midst of a sex tape scandal, after explicit footage of the former wrestler was released on the Internet yesterday.
