Lindsay Lohan Responds to Family Drama

Following the massive media ruckus surrounding an alleged scuffle between Lindsay Lohan and her mother Dina that ended with a visit from local law enforcement, the actress caused commotion when she walked the red carpet on Thursday night for the Mr. Pink Ginseng Drink launch party.

After being bombarded with camera flashes that had her seeing stars, Lohan assured that all is well with her mother following the incident between them. When asked about it her current relationship with her, she replied, "It's great."

Lohan remained brief about the incident on the media line, and said in a later interview that, for her mom's sake, she had no intentions of rehashing the confrontation. However, she did speak about her relationship with her father Michael, who gave his account of the incident to ET earlier this week.

"I don't have any reason to speak to him," she said bluntly.

With the vice presidential debates overlapping with the event, Lohan also divulged her choice for president, a practice that celebrities are often scrutinized for doing due to their breadth of social influence.
"I just think unemployment's really important, so as of now I think it's Mitt Romney," she said, reiterating "as of now."

In addition to Lohan, the launch party for Mr. Pink Ginseng Drink brought out an array of stars to The Beverly Wilshire in Beverly Hills, including David Arquette, Michael Jackson's kids Paris and Prince Michael, Audrina Patridge, Kimora Lee Simmons and professional athletes Metta World Peace and Matt Kemp.
