Bobby Brown was arrested and booked on suspicion of DUI in Los Angeles early Wednesday morning, ET can confirm.

Brown, 43, was pulled over around 1 a.m. this morning near Corbin and Ventura Avenue in Tarzana, where according to KTLA, police say they observed him driving erratically. He was booked in Van Nuys.

This is the second time Brown has been arrested for DUI this year. He was pulled over in March and pleaded no contest to a misdemeanor DUI charge and was sentenced to three years probation. He was also arrested for DUI and later pled guilty to a charge in Georgia in 1996.
