No, she isn't gifting cars this time, but media mogul Oprah Winfrey is definitely making a lot of deserving people very happy just in time for the holidays this year.

Video: Oprah Has 'No Regrets'

The lucky recipients of Oprah's generosity are none other than the spouses of our men and women in the military, who will be featured on her Oprah's Favorite Things special, airing at 7 p.m. November 18 on OWN.

In sitting down with ET to dish on the heartwarming episode, Oprah also let it slip that over the course of the year, she has been playing Santa to 20 random military families, without any of them being any the wiser.

"For a solid year I sent secret gifts," she reveals, telling us that 3D Sony televisions, game consoles and gift cards were just some of the cool presents landing on deserving doorsteps featuring the mysterious signature, "grateful American."
