On Tuesday ET reported that Modern Family child star Ariel Winter has found herself in the middle of some serious domestic drama, with abuse allegations aimed at her mother and with her sister applying for guardianship of the 14-year-old minor. Now, newly obtained court documents by ET raise questions about what's next for Ariel, including whether or not her mother can contact her and how her finances will be handled.

Court docs filed October 3 in L.A. Superior Court state that temporary guardianship of Ariel has been granted to her older sister Shanelle and that her mother, Crystal Workman, is not to have any contact pending the continued hearing.

As for guardianship of Ariel's estate, the court denies the temporary guardianship request. The court finds that it is in the best interest of the minor to be represented by independent counsel.

On Wednesday, ET obtained court documents showing that the 14-year-old star's older sister Shanelle applied for guardianship of Ariel, with the papers claiming that Ariel "has been the victim of ongoing physical abuse (slapping, hitting, pushing) and emotional abuse (vile name calling, personal insults about minor and minor's height, attempts to 'sexualize' minor, deprivation of food, etc.) for an extended period of time by the minor's mother, Chrisoula Workman."

Winter's mother has spoken to People, denying the allegations: "It's all untrue, it's all untrue," she declared. "I have my doctor's letter that my daughter's never been abused. ... I have stylists' letters that she's never been abused."

The next hearing for the embattled Modern Family star is scheduled for November 20.
