Georgia police confirm to ET that Bobbi Kristina Brown's ex fiancé and "adopted brother" Nick Gordon was arrested by Alpharetta police Wednesday night after being cited for speeding and reckless driving.

According to the responding officer, the 23-year-old was witnessed driving at what was described as "a very high rate of speed." A laser speed detection device determined Gordon to have been driving at speed at 82 miles per hour in a 35 miles per hour zone.

When stopped, Gordon was cited for reckless driving and speeding and subsequently arrested and taken to North Fulton Alpharetta jail.

Bobbi Kristina was also involved in an automobile incident yesterday. The 19-year-old was cited by police after being involved in a car accident Wednesday in which the vehicle left the road and traveled down an embankment. She was reportedly left unharmed in the incident.
