On Monday a federal judge in Los Angeles sentenced Christopher Chaney, 35, to a decade behind bars after he pleaded guilty to hacking the email accounts of various Hollywood starlets.
U.S. District Judge S. James Otero sentenced the Florida man after hearing videotaped testimony from a tearful Scarlett Johansson, according to The Associated Press. The star, one of dozens of celebrities hacked, had private photos leaked to the internet by Chaney in 2011.

The AP goes on to report that singer Christina Aguilera, who also had personal pics stolen from her computer and distributed to the web, issued a statement to the judge, pleading for Chaney's strict punishment.
Said Aguilera, "That feeling of security can never be given back and there is no compensation that can restore the feeling one has from such a large invasion of privacy."
Prosecutors claimed Chaney illegally accessed the email accounts of more than 50 people in the biz from November 2010 to October 2011, when he was arrested following a yearlong federal investigation into celebrity hackers.
Chaney, who pleaded guilty of wiretapping and unauthorized access to a computer, has been ordered to pay $76,000 to victims Johansson, Aguilera, and The Secret Life of the American Teenager star Renee Olstead.
