The annual Golden Globes ceremony is known not only for the actual presentation of awards, but also for creating a party-like atmosphere inside the Beverly Hilton Hotel that features mouth-watering dinner entrees and delicious desserts.
We caught up with the hotel's Executive Chef Suki Sugiura and Executive Pastry Chef Thomas Henzi to get a sneak peek of this year's tantalizing menu!
Among items on the evening's three-course menu to be served to more than 1,300 guests include grilled artichoke appetizers, smoked flat iron beef and orange Chilean sea bass. And for dessert... a delectable cappuccino mousse that Chef Henzi says is one of his all-time favorite creations.
Watch the video for more, including a preview of specially designed mini champagne bottles that will be made available to stars right on the red carpet!
The 70th Golden Globes show -- hosted by Tina Fey and Amy Poehler -- airs January 13 at 8 p.m. on NBC.
