Jennifer Lopez has made the rounds of publicity this week ahead of today's launch of her new action-packed movie Parker and in one interview, she opened up about how her kids are handling her divorce and spoke about her relationship with her much-younger boyfriend Casper Smart.

In an interview conducted during lunch with CBS This Morning's Gayle King, J.Lo admitted that her two children are starting to ask questions about why she is no longer with Mark Anthony. "It wasn't until recently, when they (her twins Max and Emme) started asking, 'Where's daddy? I miss daddy, didn't he used to live here?"

The 43-year-old singer/actress/entrepreneur said that while she tries to comfort her kids about the divorce in the moment, she's waiting until the nearly five-year-old twins are older to give more detailed explanations.

For now, she tries to let the kids know they are secure with her. "Here's what I do know, Mommy
and Max and Emme and always going to be together. Mommy's always going
to be here, mommy's never going anywhere," she said she tells the twins. "And that comforts them in the
moment -- for whatever kind of difficult questions they have."

When asked about her relationship with backup dancer/choreographer boyfriend Casper Smart -- who is 18 years her junior -- J.Lo said at first she was apprehensive about dating a younger man. "I didn't feel okay with it for a minute," she explains. "At first, no, I just loved it. And then I went, 'what am I doing?'"

But she said one thing she's learned from previous relationships is not to put to much thought into things at the beginning. "I've always looked at relationships... for the future," she said. "And now I'm just like, maybe it's okay to just be in the moment. Maybe it's okay to just enjoy this right now. Who knows where it's going? There's love here, relax."

J.Lo also talks about starring alongside Jason Statham in the crime thriller Parker and explains why the role is different from other characters she's portrayed on the big screen.
