Following a rough first trimester, and a much deserved vacation on the Caribbean island of Mustique, The Duchess of Cambridge went back to work today, visiting London's Hope House.

On January 5, Middleton became a patron of Hope House's Action on Addiction program, a charity that works to provide support for children and families on the road to recovery.

Clad in simple heels and a patterned wrap dress that showcased her burgeoning baby bump, the world's most famous expectant mother visited with women currently undergoing treatment at Hope House.
