The Mean Girls star has appeared in court at least 20 times, and according to CNN, four L.A. judges have now found her in violation of probation six times and have sentenced her to a combined nine months in jail.

Lindsay avoided jail time at her latest court appearance Monday despite arriving to court almost an hour late, striking a plea deal that will send her to rehab for 90 days in a locked facility and require her to perform 30 days of community labor and undergo psychotherapy for 18 months. She must also submit to drug testing.

Today's charges stem from a June 18, 2012 car accident in which her Porsche rear-ended a truck as she traveled to the set of her Lifetime movie,Liz & Dick. Lindsay claimed following the accident that she hadn't been driving and that her assistant Gavin was in fact the driver.
