JHud Celebrates Slim Bod at Weight Watchers Party
Jennifer Hudson has kept the weight off following her 80-pound slim down in 2010, and she honored one of her health role models at the Weight Watchers' 50th Anniversary Celebration on Monday.
JHud named Weight Watchers co-founder Jean Nidetch as one of those who provided inspiration through her personal weight-loss journey.
"She has been so life-changing and a huge life influence for me," said Hudson, who has been able to use the principles of Weight Watchers to provide a good example for her toddler son.
"The first thing he asks in the morning is, 'Can I have a banana?" said Hudson. "When I was a kid ... I didn't think of those things, because I didn't have that example."
"Not a day that goes by that I don't say that Weight Watchers is the greatest thing ever created," raved Hudson, going on to joke, "Because of Jean, I think we're all supermodels now."
