Since dropping her baby news on New Year's Eve day, Kim Kardashian, arguably one of the most photographed women in the world, continues to catch the camera's eye with her growing baby bump. However, while we see the reality star on a weekly (often daily) basis, the father of her child, Kanye West, has been a bit M.I.A. In fact, we calculated that the couple has only been photographed together 12 times since ringing in the New Year. And for a woman who's had her picture taken 67 times out of those 98 days, it has some speculating.

Based on photos, the most we saw West and Kardashian together was in January, immediately after their baby news broke. That month, Kardashian was photographed 18 out of 31 days solo, and was seen with the rapper six times.

Then came February where the reality star was spotted by cameras a staggering 20 out 28 days. However, West was only seen with Kardashian for three days when the couple visited Rio de Janeiro.

In March, the Keeping Up With the Kardashians star was photographed 23 out of 31 days. Where was her rapper boyfriend? West was spotted with Kardashian an estimated two times that month.

April is just beginning, and as of April 8, the 32-year-old fashionista has already been photographed six out of those eight days. She's been seen with West once.

Back in January, Kardashian revealed on Jimmy Kimmel Live that West, 35, was more private than she was and so their child would not be participating in her family's TV shows. "The baby is not going to be on our show. When he or she decides that's what they want to do, then that will be a decision," she told Kimmel as her sister Kourtney, who has both her kids Mason and Penelope Disick on the show, sat next to her. "I love seeing Mason and Penelope on TV. Mason is the highlight of our show, I think."

What do you think about West and Kardashian not being photographed together? Is this a bad sign, or are they just protecting their privacy?
