2. Amanda Bynes' Odd Twitter Behavior Continues

Amanda Bynes shed some light on her odd appearance as of late.

Lately, the 27-year-old star has been seen sporting an unnatural looking 'do while walking the streets of New York City, and on Wednesday explained (via Twitter) that she is currently growing out her hair after a nasty visit to the salon.

"I had to shave my head because of hair damage," wrote Bynes in a tweet directed at a news source that recently published a picture of the actress she deemed unflattering.

"I'm not loving my paparazzi pics," she continued. "I have extensions but you can see them!"

Bynes later advised several gossip sites to only post the "best" photos of her with a caption that reads she's "walking around for exercise."

Unless the blogs "have the stories and photos deleted of me from the Internet," she threatened to sue "for all the lies you've all written in the past."

3. Blake Shelton to Conduct Kelly Clarkson's Wedding

Kelly Clarkson has friends in high places! The singer revealed to ET's Nancy O'Dell backstage at the ACM Awards last Sunday night that not only is Blake Shelton singing at her upcoming wedding, he is conducting the ceremony!

The 30-year-old American Idol alum announced her engagement to Shelton's manager, Brandon Blackstock, in December.

Clarkson added that The Voice judge, 36, is also going to be performing a ceremony for one of the Pistol Annies, which is his wife Miranda Lambert's band.

4. Carrie Ann Inaba Moved to Tears by Andy Dick's Dance

Ten celebs dedicated their week-four routines to the best year of their life Monday on Dancing with the Stars.

Andy Dick struck a special chord Monday with judge Carrie Ann Inaba, who burst into tears at the culmination of his touching Viennese Waltz. The dance, dedicated to the years his daughter Meg would perform for him as a child, drew high scores (three 7s) and praise for its tender, effective simplicity.

Meanwhile, Aly Raisman rose to the top of the leader board with a Contemporary routine in remembrance of her gold-medal victories overseas at the 2012 Olympics. After a dizzying routine, which incorporated various gymnastics tricks, the 18-year-old athlete left the floor with 27/30 points (9,9,9) and the lead in the competition.

Victor Ortiz and Lisa Vanderpump tied for the worst overall scores on Monday, taking home 18 points each for their Paso Doble and Cha Cha Cha (respectively). While Victor was penalized for his missteps, Lisa was given leeway for a fainting spell that cost her valuable rehearsal time.

Here's how all of the contestants stacked up (from best to worst):

Aly Raisman & Mark Ballas – Contemporary: 27/30 (9,9,9)

Zendaya Coleman & Valentin Chmerkovskiy – Samba: 26/30 (9,8,9)

Kellie Pickler & Derek Hough – Rumba: 26/30 (9,8,9)

Jacoby Jones & Karina Smirnoff – Foxtrot: 24/30 (8,8,8)

Ingo Rademacher & Kym Johnson – Viennese Waltz: 23/30 (8,7,8)

Sean Lowe & Peta Murgatroyd – Viennese Waltz: 20/30 (6,7,7)

Andy Dick & Sharna Burgess – Viennese Waltz: 21/30 (7,7,7)

D.L. Hughley & Cheryl Burke – Foxtrot: 21/30 (7,7,7)

Lisa Vanderpump & Gleb Savchenko – Cha Cha Cha: 18/30 (6,6,6)

Victor Ortiz & Lindsay Arnold – Paso Doble: 18/30 (6,6,6)

In the end, Lisa Vanderpump and her pro partner Gleb Savchenko were eliminated from the competition during Tuesday's result show.

5. Kelly Ripa Doesn't Keep in Touch with Regis Philbin

Kelly Ripa and Regis Philbin's playful banter was a staple of their talk show LIVE for more than a decade, but Kelly said she doesn't keep in touch with her former co-host and hasn't seen Regis since he left the show in November 2011.

Kelly -- who was honored by The Hollywood Reporter Wednesday along with her current co-host Michael Strahan for making its annual 35 Most Powerful People in Media list -- told the publication that she doesn't really stay in touch with 81-year-old Regis. "I haven't seen him, no," she said.

When asked whether Regis has any similarities to current sidekick Strahan, Kelly said, "Well they're both incredible storytellers." She also joked that Regis could even keep up with Strahan -- a former NFL star -- on the football field. "They are both fiercely competitive, and they're both incredible football players."

Showbiz veteran Regis recently announced that he's returning to TV to host a show for FOX Sports 1 called Rush Hour -- during which he'll discuss sports topics with a panel of sports professionals, celebrity guests and fans.
