UPDATE: According to a police report obtained Thursday by ET, Chris' mother, Donna Kelly Pratt, told officers last night that the previous night, Kelly was out and had taken "a mixture of heroin and cocaine." His mom stated to police that Kelly was brought home to recover from his drug use and had "done this several times in the past." She added that Kelly felt nauseous all morning on Wednesday and then passed out and was unresponsive at around 3 p.m. An autopsy is scheduled to be performed today (Thursday).

Along with partner Chris "Daddy Mac" Smith, Kelly made it big in 1993 when their hit Jump skyrocketed to No. 1 on the Billboard charts. The duo was also well known for their signature look --wearing their pants backwards.
