NEW VIDEO: Reese Witherspoon Arrest Footage
Reese Witherspoon has already addressed and expressed regret for her recent arrest with husband Jim Toth in Atlanta, GA after being stopped by police on suspicion of DUI. In the police "dash cam" video from the arrest released on Friday, the actress at times clearly resists efforts of the officers on-scene.
In the video, released by the Georgia State Patrol, Witherspoon, 37, repeatedly declares "I'm a U.S. citizen," as officers tell her to be quiet and obey their orders. "I'm allowed to stand on American ground," the Mud star states. "This is harassment, you are harassing me."

Her husband appears calm in the police footage and can be heard attempting to calm Witherspoon when tells the arresting officer, "I have to obey your orders? I am now being arrested and handcuffed? Do you know my name sir... You're about to find out who I am." After revealing her name, Witherspoon warns the officer that the incident "will be in the national news."
When the officer again tells her to be cooperative, she asks: "I'm obstructing your justice? I'm being anti-American? Wow." At one point in the footage, the actress resists the officer's demand to remain in a car while he questions Toth. "Can I say something," Witherspoon says. "I'm pregnant and I need to use the restroom."

"It will be in the national news, I just want to let you know."After she eventually returns to the car, Toth can be heard apologizing. "I'm sorry... I had nothing to do with that," he says.
Toth pleaded guilty to a misdemeanor charge of drunken driving, Graham said. He was fined $600 and ordered to perform 40 hours of community service and participate in a program for DUI offenders. Reese Witherspoon pleaded no contest and paid a $100 fine
Court officials in Atlanta confirmed to the Associated Press that Witherspoon pleaded no contest to disorderly conduct and paid a $100 fine to resolve the case.
