Kim Kardashian Reveals Baby's Gender

Dr. Paul Crane answered the big question during pregnant Kim Kardashian's sonogram. Her sister Khloe was the one to ask, "Do you see any pee-pees?"

"I don't see any pee-pees," Dr. Crane responded during Sunday's season premiere of Keeping Up with the Kardashians. "I'm thinking it's a girl."

Kim learned the news with mom Kris Jenner and sisters Khloe and Kourtney Kardashian by her side, but boyfriend Kanye West, 35, was not in attendance.

"I'm so excited we're having a girl," said Kim, 32. "Who doesn't want a girl? I think they're the best, and I know that's really what Kanye's always wanted."

The couple announced the pregnancy in December but has kept mum on the baby's gender until now. They are expected to welcome their baby girl sometime this year.

"Congrats, Kimmie," said mom Kris Jenner. "We love you."

New episodes of Keeping Up with the Kardashians air Sundays at 9/8c on E!.

In addition to learning the sex of the baby on Sunday's show, the reality star also had her baby shower this weekend. Kim tweeted on Sunday, June 2: "WOW an amazing baby shower! So much luv there Thank u @KrisJenner @KourtneyKardash @KhloeKardashian Shelli & Allison Azoff 4 the magical day."
