Peter Facinelli's Early Father's Day Celebration

Although Father's Day is still a few days away, actor Peter Facinelli has already observed the commemoratory holiday and revealed how he celebrated it as he and his daughters sampled a videogame at Los Angeles' E3 gaming fair.

Facinelli, who finalized his divorce with Jennie Garth yesterday, revealed that his daughters will be attending a wedding this weekend, so they celebrated Father's Day last weekend with a trip to Universal Studios.

In addition to a fun day at the theme park with his daughters, the 39-year-old father of three was sung a special song by his six-year-old, Fiona.

"She wrote me a Father's Day song and she played it on the guitar," he revealed as he held his daughter. "Something about, 'I love my dad/ I love my dad/ He makes me feel better when I'm sad...I love you to the moon and back.'"

Facinelli brought his daughters to the Electronic Entertainment Expo (E3) to survey the Activision videogame franchises, particularly the latest version of Skylanders SWAP Force, which he frequently plays with his daughters.

The Nurse Jackie actor maintains that playing videogames as a family is a good bonding experience but not necessarily a victorious one for him.

"We love playing 'cause we get to play with each other, which is kind of fun. They're way better at it than I am, I have to admit," he confessed. "It's the one thing that they know they could beat dad at, is videogames."
