Teresa & Joe Each Released On $500K Bail Bonds
Teresa, 41, and Giuseppe "Joe" Giudice, 43, faced their first court date today, July 30, but it's certainly not their last. The Real Housewives of New Jersey stars were each released on $500,000 bail bonds, following their hearing in Newark, New Jersey regarding charges of alleged conspiracy to defraud lenders and illegally obtaining mortgages in addition to being accused of hiding assets and income during a bankruptcy case. Joe may even face deportation.

Teresa's husband is apparently not a United States citizen and therefore, if found guilty, will be deported back to Italy. However, as of now, the two were asked by the court to surrender their passports. They are only allowed to travel withing New York and New Jersey.
The couple's next court date is set for Aug. 14th at 2:30 p.m. Eastern.
