Raven-Symonè has finally put the gay rumors to rest. On Friday, the former The Cosby Show and That's So Raven star came out via Twitter.
"I can finally get married! Yay government! So proud of you," she tweeted, in reference to a recent lift on gay marriage bans around the U.S.
Symonè, 27, further opened up to Gossip Cop about the tweet, telling the site that she has no current plans to wed, but says "it is great to know I can now, should I wish to."
The actress, who is rumored to be dating former America's Next Top Model contestant AzMarie Livingston, lashed out in 2012 over reports about her sexual orientation.
"I'm not one, in my 25 year career to disclose who I'm dating. and I shall not start now. My sexual orientation is mine, and the person I'm dating to know. I'm not one for a public display of my life," she tweeted, adding, "That is my right as a HUMAN BEing whether straight or gay. To tell or not to tell. As long as I'm not harming anyone."
