Cory Monteith's Mom Thanks Fans For Support
It's been nearly three weeks since news broke of Cory Monteith's tragic passing, and the Glee star's mother, Ann McGregor, has broken her silence and taken to twitter to thank her son's fans for their support.
On Thursday, August 1, Monteith's mom wrote:
I would like to thank all of Cory's supporters at this extremely emotional time. Your support has been overwhelming ... thank you !

McGregor also addressed reports concerning her son's remains, tweeting that she had not, in fact, been in contact with a man purporting to know inside details about what the family planned to do with Cory's ashes.
I have never met or spoken to this person He does not represent me or my wishes.

Earlier this week, Lea Michele took to twitter for the very first time since her boyfriend's death, posting a picture of the two in happier times, cuddling on the beach.
