Sean Sasser From MTV's 'Real World' Dead at 44

Sean Sasser -- an AIDS activist best known as the boyfriend of The Real World: San Francisco star Pedro Zamora -- has died at age 44.
Sasser's friend and The Real World: San Francisco cast member Judd Winick announced the death on a memorial page devoted to Sasser on Twitter. "Our friend Sean Sasser has died. Our love goes out to his family & husband Michael. We will miss u so much," Winick tweeted.
Sasser was HIV positive and Zamora died in 1994 after suffering from full-blown AIDS while shooting the longstanding MTV series.
The two held a commitment ceremony in the Real World house that was featured on the show.
