According to official court documents obtained by ETonline, the 38-year-old mom-of-eight is suing her former husband for an unspecified amount, accusing him of illegally hacking into her email, phone and bank accounts. Additionally, she claims the father of her children stole a hard drive from her home for the malicious purpose of supplying tabloids with unsavory stories about her as well as mining material for his 2012 tell-all, Kate Gosselin: How She Fooled the World.

The alleged theft was said to occur in 2009, while the couple was separated.
