TV Personality David Frost Dies

British TV broadcaster Sir David Frost, best known his interview with former President Richard Nixon that was made into the 2008 movie Frost/Nixon, passed away on Saturday night, Aug. 31, 2013. He was 74.

According a statement given to the BBC from his family, Frost died of a heart attack aboard the Queen Elizabeth cruise ship, where he was to give a speech. "My heart goes out to David Frost’s family. He could be — and certainly was with me — both a friend and a fearsome interviewer," Prime Minister David Cameron of Britain said of Frost, who served as a TV personality for 50 years.
