In honor of World Suicide Prevention Day, celebrities from The Vampire Diaries' Kat Graham to fashion designer Margaret Cho rallied together for a PSA for The Trevor Project's "Talk to Me" campaign.

Every year on September 10, the world observes a day of awareness dedicated to preventing suicide, through both commitment and action to prevent suicides.

In alignment with the worldwide awareness day, The Trevor Project—an organization that provides crisis intervention and suicide prevention services to LGBTQ youth through free and confidential phone, instant message and text messaging crisis intervention services –is showcasing it's "Talk to Me" campaign with a celeb-filled PSA.

"World Suicide Prevention Day provides an incredible opportunity for many more people to learn how just three simple words—Talk to Me—can help save a life. The Trevor Project thanks these fantastic celebrity supporters and our friends at What’s Trending for helping get the message out," said Abbe Land, CEO of The Trevor Project.
