Pauly D in Custody Battle with Mother of His Baby
Pauly "Pauly D" DelVecchio is definitely not on good terms with the mother of his baby, and the two are already battling over custody, a source tells ET.
According to the source, Pauly D has not seen the baby yet, though he wants to and is working towards it.
News broke Tuesday that the 33-year-old Jersey Shore star had fathered a love child.

"I am proud I'm a father. At 33 I am excited to embark on this new part of my life," the DJ said in a statement.
***Update: Pauly D has sent out a second statement regarding his surprise love child.
"Sometimes in life things aren't planned and they may even scare you at first, but they end up being a blessing, that is how I feel about having a daughter, I'm looking forward to being a parent to her."
