UPDATE: Chris Brown To Be Released from Jail
UPDATE: According to Washington D.C.-based news station WUSA9, Brown's charge has been reduced to simple assault and he and his bodyguard will soon be released.

Chris Brown is once again in trouble with the law. The R&B singer was arrested in Washington D.C. early Sunday morning, Oct. 27.
According to The Hollywood Reporter who spoke with the metropolitan police (ET has since confirmed as well), Brown got into a physical altercation outside the W Hotel around 4:25 a.m. with another male who "sustained injuries." Chris Hollosy, 35, was also arrested.
ABC News reports that Brown allegedly punched someone in the face outside the hotel.
