Bruce Jenner Honored at All Sports Film Fest

In 1976, world-class athlete Bruce Jenner made history when he won the Gold Medal in the Decathlon at the Summer Olympics in Montreal. Thirty-seven years later, Jenner was able to bask in the glory once again when he was given the 2013 Legendary Athletes Award during the closing ceremony of the All Sports Film Festival in Los Angeles.

The honor was presented to Bruce by his wife Kris Jenner, from whom he is currently separated, and his daughter Kendall Jenner. Despite the separation, Bruce is still very close with Kris, and if his conversation with Entertainment Tonight was any indication, they remain great friends.

"Kris and I get along great," Bruce said. "I mean, everything's just been fine. We've had a lot of fun, she has a place, I have a place. I have a break! I was actually over at the other house today and there were 20 people in the house, and I'm thinking, 'Thank god I got a nice quiet peaceful place out in Malibu.' But yeah, Kris giving me the award is great!"

Jenner was supported at the ceremony by many members of his family, including his daughters Kendall and Kylie Jenner, who he had with Kris, and his son Brendon Jenner, from a previous marriage.

"It's nice that this [ceremony] is an opportunity for all of us tell him how we feel about him," Brandon Jenner said. "He is such a great guy and such a rock. He has obviously accomplished so much in his life."
