Heidi Montag Reveals Plastic Surgery Regrets

Reality star Heidi Montag sat down with ET's Brooke Anderson a few months ago to discuss her extensive plastic surgery and allowed ET's cameras inside the operating room during one of her procedures.

Among the plastic surgeries Montag's undergone was a second breast augmentation a few years ago to increase to a size F cup. Although she enjoyed the look, her implants began causing serious health issues, forcing her to have them removed. "I do regret getting the implants," she admitted to ET. "...My new doctor was like, 'You should never have been allowed by the doctor to get implants this big. ... I put my security and sexuality in my breast size instead of my confidence."

As a result of her implants, the 27-year-old reality star said she's experienced major health problems, including a ruptured disc in her neck, muscular and spinal damage to her back, and numbness in her arm due to pinched nerves. After enduring the pain for a few years, Montag eventually had her F-cup implants replaced by D-cup implants and allowed ET inside the operating room for the procedure.
