Shia LaBeouf Retires From 'All Public Life'

In the midst of his plagiarism
scandal, Shia LaBeouf announced via Twitter on Friday, Jan. 10, that he is looking into an early retirement.

The 27-year-old Transformers actor wrote:

Shia goes on to add: "My love goes out to those who have supported me. ...#stopcreating"

This past December, the actor was accused of plagiarizing some of his short film and allegedly plagiarizing his apology for such actions. He later took to skywriting an apology to Daniel Clowes, who wrote and created the comic Justin M. Damiano that Shia took from.

The actor's next film, the NC-17 flick Nymphomaniac, is set come out in the states sometime early this year, but no word yet as to whether Shia will be on the promotional tour.
